All the European's and UN's allegations and actions to divide Jewish Jerusalem and/or Jewish Palestine are illegal
With the new discoveries (some of them we will show you here) we finally created solid legal basis to deny all these accusations and to persecuted our enemies via the International Court System and via New York Court system (UN is located in NY).
If Jews had a Treaty with Arabs - then UN must follow it. UN has no power to alter it.
We do have Arab-Jewish Treaty (1919) on Jewish Homeland in Palestine.
It clearly says that all Palestine can and must be Jewish. By the way, it is 100% valid
If there is a League of Nation's ratification, decision, Mandate or something, UN has no power to alter (change) it
We have all that as well - see details in Mandate for Palestine
So it's COMPLETELY ILLEGAL TO SAY anything like:
- "UN can overcome the Arab-Jewish Treaty" or
- "UN is an assignees of League of Nation and therefore could overcome the provisions/conditions of the Mandate" or
- "UN could overcoming the Arab-Jewish Treaty and the Mandate for Palestine"
- "UN can/could partition Palestine"
- "UN can/could partition Jerusalem"
- "UN had/has rights to issue and enforce UN Resolution 181(II) - Partition Plan for Palestine"
Again, any of these or similar statements are COMPLETELY ILLEGAL even according to the Charter of UN Article 80

Article 80 could be used ONLY:
- AFTER we properly present Arab-Jewish Treaty on Jewish Homeland in Palestine and
- AFTER we properly deny UN 181(II) - The UN Partition of Palestine (traitorously stupid "professionals" call it creation of Israel, but UN 181(II) only stole from us Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria).
Before that is done, UN's kill of Israel can go without problems because stupid Israeli "professionals" support 181(II), which stole from us Jerusalem, Samaria, Judea, some more...
- AFTER we properly present Arab-Jewish Treaty on Jewish Homeland in Palestine and
- AFTER we properly deny UN 181(II) - The UN Partition of Palestine (traitorously stupid "professionals" call it creation of Israel, but UN 181(II) only stole from us Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria).
Before that is done, UN's kill of Israel can go without problems because stupid Israeli "professionals" support 181(II), which stole from us Jerusalem, Samaria, Judea, some more...
So the UN Partition Plan for Palestine is completely illegal and therefore can not have any power
Despite of this clear fact, British, Jewish, US and all other university textbooks (as well as all the professional thesis, etc) spread felonious disinformation stating that UN Partition Plan for Palestine was legal and must be followed.
The truth is:
The only legal and obligatory enforceable documents are the "Arab-Jewish Treaty" plus its ratification (not the source of the rights) - "Mandate for Palestine".
Both documents clearly stating that ALL PALESTINE BELONGS TO THE JEWS.
That's the currently working International Law.
